Pizza Maker
The heart of our open kitchen. Stretch the dough, build every pizza to recipe and send it out hot.
What you'll do
- Stretch dough and build pizzas to our recipes
- Run the oven and keep orders moving during the rush

Prep Cook
Mornings start with you. Prep the sauces, marinades and toppings that make our fusion flavors pop.

- Prepare sauces, marinated paneer and chicken, and fresh toppings
- Follow recipes and portion sizes exactly

Team Member - Front of House
The first smile our guests see. Take orders, share your favorites and keep the dining room ready.
What you'll do
- Greet guests and take orders at the counter and on the phone
- Handle payments and pack orders for pickup
- Keep the dining room, drinks and counter clean and stocked

Shift Lead
Run the floor during your shift so the team stays on pace and every guest leaves happy.
What you'll do
- Lead the team through busy shifts and step in wherever needed
- Open and close the store, handle cash and count drawers
- Solve guest issues and keep food quality on point
Restaurant experience needed, leading a team is a plus.

Restaurant Manager
Own the day-to-day of an Urban Crust kitchen: the team, the food, the numbers and the guests.
What you'll do
- Hire, train and schedule the team
- Manage inventory, ordering and food safety
- Grow sales and keep guests coming back
Restaurant management experience needed.

Do I need restaurant experience?
Not for most roles. If you're reliable and eager to learn, we'll train you. Shift Lead and Restaurant Manager roles need experience.
